Module in a Family Constellation
The family and systemic constellation is an approach formulated about 30 years ago by the psychotherapist Brett Hellinger that allows the subject to look at his familiar, marital, social, economic, and cultural system through spatial transfer, from the subconscious to the conscious, and to identify barriers and factors that hinder his natural life flow and order.
One way to supply the jammed energy is to allow acquaintance to all the parts that desire to be seen to people who have been moved or neglected by their family system, to longstanding secrets that are ready to be revealed.
Another way is to restore the natural order of the family, return the parents to their role as parents, the children to their place as children, and thereby release the blocked energy, create a new flow of life force and at the same time heal and balance the entire systemic.
In this course we will learn the principles and foundations of the phenomenological approach of the family constellation developed by Bert Hellinger, based on diverse treatment methods such as: Gestalt, psychology, psychotherapy, Ericksonian hypnotherapy, family therapy, shamanism, etc.
We will learn through theory and practice and experience group sessions and work in pairs. The special treat of the course is that in each lesson you will also experience an exercise from the creative family constellation approach.
