Transitions - connection to the resources of the female lineage
Through the creative family constellation it is possible to acknowledge the challenges that menopause brings with it. Giving recognition allows us to understand and connect more with the body's natural rhythm and bring our parts into optimal balance and flow.
Menopause is one of the least talked about topics among women. Most of the time you won't find the topic coming up in living room conversations of girlfriends or wives of the family.
The difficulty lies mainly in the fact that every woman is unique and special. No woman goes through the exact same experience as her mother or sister or friend. The second reason is the shame that surrounds the discourse on topics that are taboo, discreet topics that are discussed between rooms.
All the more so when it comes to menopause. The explanation is that menopause is the least popular topic because it symbolizes the transition to wear and tear to the aging of the body. It does not have the magic that is at the beginning of childbearing age, or in bringing a child into the world. Menopause validates us with the cessation of fertility, with the end of a significant chapter in a woman's life and the entry into a new chapter full of changes, some of which are not pleasant at all. During menopause, there are many physical and emotional changes in the body and mind.
In order to deal with these changes in a successful way, it is of great importance for personal awareness and to identify and understand the source of the difficulties that afflict our body and soul.
One of the good things that happens to menopausal women is that as soon as we realize that we have no control over the passing time and the changes that affect us, we discover that what we do have is the ability to control our dealings with the changing reality. The maturity that menopause brings with it, the introspection, the freedom created with the growth of children, all of these are a lever for us to create a life that is connected and closer to our authentic self. An opportunity to grow, to dare to realize old dreams and to fulfill ourselves anew.
In the workshop we will focus on connecting to resources from the female lineage for generations, on giving recognition to the special signs for each one wherever she is, to the female stories well woven in our collective subconscious that have matured to be revealed at this moment.
